Ow, my hip feels like its dislocating…?
I was doing this exercise today sitting in a crunch position, legs and back off the ground, moving a medicine ball from the left side of me to the right & visa verasa. In an attempt to boost core body strength.
But when i did it my left hip felt like it was comming out ouch!, why is this? How can I strengthing muscles to stop this happening?
you would have to do hip exercises to make it stronger
